Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
